Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 July 2025

NEETEZ is an independent guidance tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the National Testing Agency (NTA), the National Medical Commission (NMC), any State counselling authority, or any medical college. We do not guarantee any seat, rank, or admission outcome.

1. Who we are

NEETEZ ("NEETEZ", "we", "us") provides an online tool that helps NEET UG aspirants understand counselling and shortlist colleges using historical, publicly available data. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the service does β€” and does not do

We show past MCC (All India Quota / deemed / central) closing ranks, counselling guides, checklists, a preference list, comparisons, and general information about fees, stipends and service bonds.

The service is informational and educational only. It is not admission counselling by a licensed authority, not legal or financial advice, and not a substitute for the official information bulletins and portals of MCC, NTA, NMC and State authorities.

Chance labels such as "Safe", "Good", "Stretch" and "Low" are statistical indicators based on past data. They do not predict or promise any allotment.

3. Data sources and public data

We use only publicly available and official-derived information, including:

  • MCC allotment data and information bulletins (mcc.nic.in), used to derive opening/closing ranks per college, course, quota and category.
  • NEET result / rank information published by NTA (neet.nta.nic.in).
  • College recognition and seat information referenced from the NMC (nmc.org.in).
  • State prospectuses / Directorates of Medical Education for service-bond rules, and reputable public references for indicative fee, stipend and bond figures.

A full, itemised list with links is on our Data Sources page. Data is used for information and commentary in students' interest. All trademarks, names and data remain the property of their respective owners. If you own rights to any content and believe it is used improperly, contact us (Section 12) and we will review it promptly.

4. Accuracy, currency and limitations

Cutoffs, fees, stipends, bond terms, seat matrices and dates change every year and can contain errors, omissions, or transcription mistakes. Figures may be outdated or approximate and are marked as indicative where applicable (for example "Not verified yet").

You must independently verify every important detail on the official MCC / State portal and the college's own brochure before making any decision. We are not liable for decisions taken based on the service.

5. No guarantee of admission

No tool can guarantee a seat. Final allotment depends on the current-year seat matrix, your locked choices, the applicant pool, reservation policy and official rules. Any reliance on the service is at your own risk.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate profile information (rank, category, state, etc.).
  • Use official portals for registration, choice filling and reporting.
  • Meet all official deadlines yourself; we do not act on your behalf.
  • Keep your login and OTP secure; you are responsible for your account.
  • Not misuse, scrape, resell, or disrupt the service.

7. Accounts and OTP

Login uses a one-time password sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.

8. Payments and Counselling Access

Paid plans (Counselling Access) unlock features like the full college list and tools for a counselling season. Payment does not guarantee admission. Fees, inclusions and any refund terms are shown at the point of purchase. Payment-related queries can be raised via Support.

9. Privacy

We store the information needed to run the service β€” your verified mobile number, profile, saved list, checklist progress, chat history, payments and support tickets. We do not sell your personal data. We use it to provide and improve the service and to contact you about your account or support requests.

10. Third-party links

The service links to official and third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Follow their own terms when you visit them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEETEZ and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost seats, opportunities, deposits, penalties, or expenses arising from use of the service or reliance on its data. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and the data over time; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. For questions, corrections, or data-rights concerns, reach us through the Support page.
